In order to be able to advance and grow in the commitment that involves providing healthy, innocuous, varied and sufficient food to a large number of the global population, in the Americas Region, more specifically in Lima, Peru, was held the XXVI Latin American Poultry Congress, OVUM, last October 9. Dr. Luis Barcos, OIE Regional Representative for the Americas, participated as moderator.
